Rules & Regulations

At KRS Public School, Chharora, Mathura, discipline and responsibility are an essential part of education. All students are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the school to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment for learning. 📌 General Rules

• Students must arrive at school on time and attend the morning assembly regularly.
• Students are expected to wear the prescribed uniform neatly and with pride.
• Irregular attendance, unjustified absence, or frequent late arrivals may lead to disciplinary action.
• Students must carry their school diary every day for communication and record purposes.
• Mobile phones, gadgets, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited on school premises.

📚 Academic Discipline

• All students must complete classwork and homework on time with sincerity and effort.
• Examinations and tests must be taken seriously. Unfair means during assessments will result in strict action.
• Students must bring necessary textbooks, notebooks, and stationery as per the timetable.
• Misbehavior in the classroom or disrespect toward teachers and staff is not tolerated.

🌿 Conduct & Behavior

• Students must maintain cleanliness in classrooms and the school premises.
• Use of foul language, bullying, or any act of violence is strictly forbidden.
• Respect for teachers, peers, and school property is a must at all times.
• Students should always be polite, helpful, and disciplined both in and outside the school.

🛑 Prohibited Activities

• Bringing expensive items, jewelry, or large amounts of cash to school is not allowed.
• Damaging school property or scribbling on walls/desks will result in penalties.
• Skipping classes or leaving the school premises without permission is considered a serious offence.

🔄 Parent’s Cooperation

• Parents must ensure regular attendance and punctuality of their children.
• They should check the school diary regularly for notes, homework, and circulars.
• Any change in address, phone number, or emergency contact should be updated immediately.
• Parents are encouraged to attend all PTMs and cooperate in the school’s academic and disciplinary decisions.
